Price Variations:
Price estimates are based on current prices are subject to change.
Please confirm prices at the time of order.
VAT:
Printyellow.com reserves the right to charge the amount of any value added
tax payable whether or not included on the estimate or invoice.
Proofs:
Proofs of all work may be submitted for customer's approval and the Printyellow.com shall incur no liability for
any errors not corrected by the customer in proofs so submitted. Additional charges shall be made for any additional proofs that are required as a result of alterations required by the customer. When style, type or layout is left to the Printyellow.com discretion, any subsequent changes to such style, type or layout required by the customer shall be subject to additional charges on a time and materials basis.
Artwork:
Our professional and experienced designers are skilled to create gripping and eye-catching designs to get you
noticed. Artwork is emailed to you and your agent so you can proof the design. Please note we require the
Artwork to be confirmed the same day so the printing can be processed quicker. All artwork proof must be
confirmed via E-mail or fax.
Under any circumstances if the artwork is delayed or not confirmed,
this will delay the printing of your product.
Copyright:
Unless negotiated and agreed in writing, the copyright of general artwork, commissioned artwork
and illustrations and anything else whatsoever prepared, developed or created by Printyellow.com
shall vest in and belong to Printyellow.com. The Printyellow.com may use any artwork or printing produced
by itself for the purposes of promoting itself. The customer shall be responsible for obtaining all necessary
authorities and consents to reproduce pictures, artwork, photographs, copyright text
and/or any other reproducible materials prior to instructing the Printyellow.com to reproduce the same.
The customer shall indemnify and hold the Printyellow.com and its agents and representatives
harmless against all claims, demands, actions, costs, expenses (including but not limited to
legal costs and disbursements), losses and damages arising from or suffered or incurred by reason
of any claim (including but not limited to the defence of such claim) that the reproduction of the
Materials by the printyellow.com reseller infringes the intellectual property or other rights of
any third party or misuses the confidential information of a third party.
Delivery & Payment:
Printyellow.com will make every effort to meet delivery times that we provide.
However we cannot accept liability for any delays or damages made by the third party.
Your order may delay if full payment has not been received. Cheques are not accepted as
payment for any of our products. All major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, JCB Cards, Visa Electron)
are accepted with a 3% surcharge. For Bank transfers and BAC payments require 3 working
